This subspecies is found in the northern Element of Grevy’s Zebra’s array, primarily in Ethiopia. It's been referred to as having a lighter General coloration and much more pronounced striping in comparison to one other southern subspecies.Plains zebras:  Zebras, with stripes that protect their sides and fulfill in the middle in their bellies
